12 +1 Warranty

The Stealth Pinnacle Series comes with a 12 + 1 warranty that includes a first-year unit replacement. The standard warranty on the SC-18Z-HH-M2 is a 5-year parts and 7-year limited compressor warranty. However, with online registration and an installation following your state and local installation codes, the compressor warranty increases to 12 years. In the event of a failure within the first year, you receive a free unit replacement.

Installation and Maintenance

The Stealth Pinnacle series condenser comes pre-charged with R410a refrigerant for 25 feet of line set per air handler. The line set fittings are compression-type and will require evacuation prior to refrigerant release. Line set kits, including insulated copper refrigerant lines, control wire, and drain hose extensions, are available under Accessories on this page. The self-diagnosing electronics of the Stealth Pinnacle series features error codes that will display on the front of the inside units in case of a fault.

This system includes only the outdoor condenser, indoor air handlers, and wall-mounted or remote thermostats (depending on model) as depicted in the photo above. Additional Accessories are required to complete the installation. Each air handler requires a separate refrigerant line set, control wire, and condensation control. 12,000 BTU Concealed Duct Type Air Handler

The Stealth Designer Series Concealed Ducted air handler is a versatile unit that can be installed above ceilings, beneath floors, above closets, or in hallways. This air handler has the added benefit of being able to deliver supply air directly into rooms through a grate, or through a field-fabricated duct board plenum and flex ducting designed for any application. Equipped with a factory-installed condensate drain pump and adjustable thermostat, this unit can be used with or without direct ducting.
