The AirQuest N4A5S30AKAWA air conditioner condenser has a 2.5-ton capacity, which is generally sufficient for cooling small houses in ideal climates. In most system configurations, the tonnage of the paired coil or air handler will exceed that of the condenser, maintaining system efficiency. Due to new efficiency requirements, this unit is not eligible for installation in the following states: Alabama, Arizona, Arkansas, California, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maryland, Mississippi, Nevada, New Mexico, North Carolina, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, and Virginia.

Warranty

AirQuest offers a 5-year parts warranty for this condenser. To ensure warranty coverage, the unit must be installed according to state and local codes, a new and certified coil must be installed simultaneously, and the entire system must be registered online through the manufacturer.
