The ES-36Z-M4B is a versatile unit that can easily support up to 4 air handlers with up to 1.25 times the condenser BTU rating, or 45,000 BTU across all air handlers. This adaptive, inverter condenser constantly self-adjusts to provide the precise amount of heating or cooling needed to maintain your desired temperature in each room or zone. With the ability to set different temperatures in each room, you can even turn off heating and cooling in unused areas. Please note that although the condenser is pre-charged, this unit does not have quick-connect line set connectors and is not a self-install unit. You will need a professional to add more refrigerant and vacuum the lines as needed.
