40,000 BTU, 96% AFUE
The ACiQ N95ESN0401712A has an input of 40,000 BTU. With 96% efficiency, the furnace delivers an output of 32,000 BTU, making it suitable for small houses. The 96% AFUE indicates that 96% of the gas is utilized for heating your home, with only 4% lost through the flue piping and normal furnace operations. For 90% efficiency and above, plastic/PVC flue venting is required. If your installation requires metal flue venting, an 80% efficient furnace is recommended. While the unit operates on natural gas by default, we offer an optional LP conversion kit at an additional cost.
Please note that this furnace is not Low NOx or Ultra Low NOx compliant, and if shipped to California, it may be subject to a mitigation fee.
Warranty
ACiQ provides a standard 10-year parts warranty and a lifetime (20-year) limited warranty for the heat exchanger. To uphold these warranties, installation must adhere to your state and local codes, and timely registration with the manufacturer is required.
