88,000 BTU, 80% AFUE
The ACiQ G80CTL0902120A has an input rating of 88,000 BTU. With 80% efficiency, it produces an output of 71,000 BTU. The 80% AFUE indicates that 80% of the gas consumed by the furnace is utilized to heat your home, while the remaining 20% is lost through the flue piping and normal furnace operations. Metal flue venting is required for all 80% furnaces. If you prefer plastic/PVC venting, a furnace with an efficiency of 90% or higher is required. The unit comes ready for natural gas fuel, but we also offer an optional LP conversion kit at an additional cost.
Warranty
ACiQ provides a comprehensive warranty for the G80CTL0902120A, including a 10-year no-hassle unit replacement, 10-year parts coverage, and a lifetime limited warranty for the heat exchanger. To uphold the heat exchanger and parts warranties, the unit must be registered with the manufacturer within 90 days of installation, and the installation must comply with your state and local codes.
