The Echelon Diamond Power Burner is the ultimate side burner. The inner burner varies in heat output from 3,000-15,000 BTUs and is controlled by the smaller knob. This can be used for your typical kitchen cooking needs. The outer burner produces up to 45,000 BTUs and is controlled by the larger knob. This larger burner would be needed for boiling larger pots of water typically used when cooking corn, pasta, or even lobster. The Power Burner will plug into the Echelon Diamond or Aurora grill transformer to power. The burner features backlit knobs for ease of visibility.
