Thank you for your question. The size of space this system will heat and cool is dependent upon several factors including climate zone, number of windows and quality of insulation. For more information on sizing, please reference our Sizing Guide However, for a 900 sq. ft. space you will probably require a 18,000 BTU system. In the warmest continental U.S. climate zones, an 18,000 BTU system will cool 600-900 sq. ft. In the coolest continental U.S. climate zones, it will cool 700-1100 sq. ft.
