Goodman Heat Pump and Condenser Low Ambient Kit

This low ambient kit is meant to maintain system pressures at an optimal level in the case of needing to use indoor cooling while the outside temperature is low. This is done by measuring the liquid temperature at the coil and based on that number this kit will adjust the motor speed to prevent freezing. These kits are not approved for any 16 and 18 SEER outdoor units that utilize an ECM condenser fan motor.
