The Mitsubishi MXZ-3C24NA2 is a multi-zone heat pump condenser designed for use in systems that require heating and cooling in multiple rooms. Rather than using multiple single-zone condensers, a multi-zone unit like the MXZ-3C24NA2 is more practical for applications where space is a concern.

The MXZ-3C24NA2 is rated at 24,000 BTU, which is generally sufficient to handle the BTU count of all air handlers it is paired with. It is important to note that pairing this condenser with a certified system that has a higher BTU count is intentional, as anything higher could lower the unit's speed and limit the functional outputs of each air handler.
Note: This heat pump condenser requires compatible air handlers, controllers, and other installation equipment (available at an additional cost) to function.
Warranty
Mitsubishi offers a 5-year parts and 7-year compressor warranty on all of its products. Registration of the unit online after installation and following state and local codes upgrades the warranty to a 10-year parts and compressor warranty.
Enhanced Comfort
The MXZ-3C24NA2's variable speed compressor allows for more precise adjustments and provides superior comfort by ramping up or down based on the unit's air handlers' needs. This results in more stable temperature output from the connected air handlers, improving the electrical efficiency of the system.
Intelligent Control
Compatible air handlers can use any Mitsubishi-brand thermostat or adapter for easy control. The Kumo cloud WiFi adapter is the most convenient to control and allows access to each air handler from anywhere with an internet connection. Note that one thermostat or adapter is required per indoor air handler that needs to be controlled with it.
