MRCOOL Universal Unitary Heat Pump System

The MRCOOL Universal Unitary Heat Pump system offers a full-size air handler and a slim condenser that can be easily installed in most 2-3 ton applications. With its flexible features, this system provides both ducted comfort and easy installation. Its 3-ton condenser can be field converted to a 2-ton with a simple dip switch setting. Quick connect fittings on the condenser and air handler make for an easy installation process, and the system comes pre-charged with MRCOOL's lines available as an accessory up to 50 feet in length. The system uses inverter technology, just like MRCOOL mini splits, which allows it to run at different speeds to optimize comfort and efficiency.

Are prices in USD? Do you ship to Canada?
Yes, all of our prices are USD. We do not ship to Canada directly, no. However, if you have easy access to the border you can make arrangements to pick up at a border store. Some border stores allow for products that don't ship to Canada to be dropped off for the customers to come pick them up from there and take the rest of the way. What exactly comes with this?
This system includes both the outdoor condenser and the indoor air handler. For a complete installation, a few additional accessories will be required. You will need a pre-charged line set, control wire, a condensate drain line , a disconnect switch, an electrical whip and a surge protector. The last three can be purchased in a kit which is called a condenser kit. For installation, we would also recommend a wall sleeve to pass the line set through the wall and an electric heat kit. Depending on your installation you may require a Precision Duct Furnace/Coil to Plenum Transition Kit or a condensate pump if your drain line goes against gravity. We would also recommend a condenser slab, pad or wall bracket to keep your outdoor condenser off of the ground and line set cover guards to protect and camouflage your line set. Does this system cool in the summer as well as heat in the winter?
Thank you for your question. Yes, this system is capable of both heating and cooling. This system will efficiently heat with outdoor temperatures ranging from -22°F-75°F. It will efficiently cool with outdoor temperatures ranging from 5°F-129°F. For heating, we would recommend purchasing an electric heat kit for the MRCOOL Universal air handler. This electric heat kit can be found in the accessories section for this product, which is located under the "add to cart" button.
