It's important to note that furnaces with 90% efficiency or higher require plastic/PVC flue venting. If your current setup requires metal flue venting, an 80% efficient furnace would be the appropriate choice. While this unit operates on natural gas by default, we offer an optional LP conversion kit at an additional cost.
