The Livo Gen3 system delivers high efficiency and quiet comfort. Its G10 inverter and variable compressor technology allow for fast and consistent temperature control, while also reducing noise levels. Maintenance is also made easy through the unit's self-diagnostics tool.

The indoor unit has multiple fan speeds, sleep mode to ensure undisturbed sleep, and a hidden backlight display that shows the temperature and modes currently running. The handheld remote control allows for programmable temperature and I Feel mode, which senses temperature around the remote and adjusts airflow and indoor temperature accordingly.

Warranty

The LIVS18HP230V1BH/LIVS18HP230V1BO comes with a 5-year warranty on parts and compressor when registered and installed for residential use. However, the warranty is reduced to 1-year parts and 5-year compressor when installed in a commercial application. The control is warrantied for 90 days from the date of purchase.

Gree Select Dealers can extend the residential warranty to 10 years on parts and compressors if registered within 60 days of installation.

Durability and Reliability

The Livo Gen3 condenser has a basepan heater that prevents harmful ice buildup that can damage the coil, even in extreme temperatures as low as -4°F. It also has an acrylic-resin anti-corrosion coating that prevents damage over time. The indoor unit has an error code display feature that simplifies diagnosing operational abnormalities.

Smart Features

The Livo Gen3 system has intelligent pre-heating and defrosting that prevents cold air from blowing into the room while the unit is in heating mode. It also has a power failure recovery feature that automatically resumes function after a power outage. Additionally, a wireless adapter (sold separately) can be added to the indoor unit to control the system from anywhere via the Gree app for mobile phones.
