ACiQ Floor Mounted Air Handlers for Efficient Heating and Cooling

When space for a standard high wall unit is not available, ACiQ Floor Mounted air handlers are the ideal solution. Also known as heat console type air handlers, these units surface mount low on the wall or on the floor, making them perfect for sun porches or attic rooms with limited wall space. They are wider, taller, and slightly shallower than high wall units, and are optimized for heating.

Optimized for Heat

ACiQ Floor Mounted air handlers are designed to take in return air at the top edge and deliver it at the bottom, making them ideal for heating. By delivering warm air at floor level, stratification due to heat rise is eliminated. When the unit is put into cooling mode, the airflow direction is reversed to improve air mixing in the room.

Is ACiQ better than Mitsubishi?

Mitsubishi makes great equipment, certainly. They were first to sell mini splits in the US, and they have a solid reputation. Yet ACiQ has higher SEER ratings, longer warranty, and extreme weather performance all the way down to -22! You can spend more on a mini split, but you can't get better value.
