Questions and Answers

Customer Questions
Is a p-trap required for the condensate water?
This unit does come with a supplied drain trap that must be used during installation. The drain line between furnace and the drain location must maintain a 1/4 inch downward slope towards the drain. It should not be trapped in any other location. If you have any further questions please feel free to give us a call! Thanks.
