Capacity

The Mitsubishi MXZ-3C30NAHZ2 is rated to handle a total of 30,000 BTU, which should be equal to or greater than the total BTU count across all air handlers paired with this unit. While some certified pairings may have a higher BTU count, exceeding this rating can potentially limit the functional outputs of each air handler if they are all running simultaneously, and lower the speed at which the unit can heat and cool.

Warranty

Mitsubishi offers a 5-year parts and 7-year compressor warranty on all its products. If the unit is registered online with the manufacturer after installation following state and local codes, the warranty is upgraded to a 10-year parts and compressor warranty.
