How do you change the mode to heat or cool?

Thank you for your question. This indoor unit can be switched between modes using two different methods. The recommended method is through a remote control. On the remote control you can select the mode that the system will operate in. Without a remote, you can use the emergency panel on the indoor unit to stop the system or switch between heat and cool. Note: This unit will have to be connected to an outdoor condenser in order to operate. For more assistance, please give us a call.
