Any parts found to be defective during the warranty period will be repaired or replaced at no charge to you (excluding labor) by the manufacturer. This guarantees you maintain optimal performance without additional expense. While defective parts are covered under warranty, labor and shipping costs for removal or installation are not included. HVACDirect.com or your chosen contractor can assist with installation.
