110,000 BTU, 80% AFUE

The ACiQ N80ESN1102120A has an input of 110,000 BTU. With an efficiency of 80%, the furnace generates an output of 88,000 BTU. The 80% AFUE indicates that 80% of the gas used for heating is utilized, while the remaining 20% is lost through the flue piping and normal furnace operations. It's important to note that 80% efficiency furnaces require metal flue venting. For plastic/PVC venting, a furnace with an efficiency of 90% or higher is required. While this unit operates on natural gas by default, we also offer an optional LP conversion kit at an additional cost. Please be aware that this furnace is not Low NOx or Ultra Low NOx compliant. If shipped to California, it may be subject to a mitigation fee.

Warranty

ACiQ provides a 10-year limited warranty for parts and a 20-year limited warranty for the heat exchanger. Please note that to maintain the validity of these warranties, the unit must be registered with the manufacturer within 90 days of installation. Additionally, the installation must comply with your state and local codes.

The ACiQ R4A460GK air conditioner condenser has a cooling capacity of 5 tons, making it suitable for cooling large houses in ideal climates. In many system configurations, the unit's paired coil or air handler will have a higher tonnage, maintaining the overall efficiency of the system. Please note that this condenser does not provide heating and requires an indoor coil or air handler to operate.

14 SEER

The ACiQ R4A460GK air conditioner condenser has a SEER rating of 14, offering 5-7% higher efficiency compared to standard 13 SEER units. This increased efficiency helps save on electric bills over the lifespan of the unit.

Note: Due to new efficiency requirements, this unit is not eligible for installation in the following states: Alabama, Arizona, Arkansas, California, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maryland, Mississippi, Nevada, New Mexico, North Carolina, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, and Virginia.

Warranty

ACiQ provides a 5-year parts warranty for this condenser. To ensure warranty coverage, proper installation must adhere to state and local codes, a new and certified coil must be installed concurrently, and the entire system must be registered online through the manufacturer.
